About me:

My name is Jenifer Cartland, PhD, and I currently serve as the Vice President for Data Analytics and Reporting at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and am a research associate professor at the Northwestern University Medical School. My teaching has focused on Program Evaluation, which is heavily informed by over 20 years working with youth-serving organizations to improve the quality of their services and expand their capacity.

In addition to these daytime activities, I am proud to be on the board of a couple fantastic organizations – The Illinois Children’s Healthcare Foundation and YogaCare (where I serve as current board president) – and also maintain a blog that focuses on my poetry, called Poems from in between.
